The hotel's strategic location is perfect for shopaholics and foodies alike. The nearby mall made shopping and dining so convenient for us. The room was also exceptionally clean and comfy. The staff provided great service, and they were always available to assist us, making our stay comfortable.

The TV remote wasn't working correctly, and we couldn't switch channels. we had to settle for Indonesian channels only.
